Dancing with the archetype ‘The Fool’
On ‘All Fools Day’ we are joining together for our monthly Soul Movement class to connect with and embody the archetypal energy of ‘The Fool’ within ourselves.
Known in the traditional tarot deck, the Fool represent unlimited potential in us all. He trusts blindly that he has all the tools and resources he needs for every possible encounter. His guardian, his dog is his protector and encourages him into learning the lessons he came here to learn. He is on a lifelong journey to fully express his wild and free spirit.
When we are feeling the positive energy in us, we are trusting and embracing of new beginnings. He dares to take leaps of faith to take him into higher areas of personal growth and new adventures. He lives free of worry and anxiety of what is ahead.
Within the sacred dancespace of Soul Movement we will journey and experience our inner Fool, through movement, visualisations and intentions. This is a potent space to reconnect to the innate trust in life that we came here to the earth with.
Bring: water, blanket and wear comfy layers.

Dancing with Intimacy
As I reflect over the awesomeness that was this weekend, I want to thank again all of you gorgeous dancing warriors that joined us for the journey … and that includes the amazing Friday night-ers that came just for one night. I am in so much gratitude for the depth of sharing and heart connections that occurred and were formed over the weekend.
Dancing brings up stuff, some bitter, some sweet, it bring us together, it brings us into our power, it brings us into our vulnerability and it brings us into our joy, truth and our true potential. When you combine that with a facilitator who carries with him his own gifts and intentions of breaking down barriers in humankind, you get an extremely heart warming and healing time for anyone there.
Tim Broughton created a very safe and loving space for us all this weekend, using exercise structures, the 5Rhythms, and our sacred dance space to bring us more into our hearts, truth and vulnerability. Our theme ‘Intimacy, Innocence and Connection’ had even made a few of our long-term ‘Soul Movement’ dancers feel the pangs of resistance in coming to this weekend but many just chose to ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’. Its scary to be open, showing our tenderness and vulnerability but wow does the world need it right now! Most people I meet are aching to feel at home in themselves again and aching to feel better connected to those around them. If we just do nothing about it, then nothing happens and we remain aching and longing, but this weekend really showed us that our power lies in our hearts … and to hear our hearts we need to let go of those conflicting thoughts and beliefs and make a few courageous innocent moves in the direction of what we want in our life and how we want to live. Thank you Tim and everyone for being a part of something that has recharged me, given me new tools and left me excited about how I can saturate these important qualities into my life.

Jersey Full Moon Ceremony in June

Inspired by Little Grandmother Kiesha and her fabulous message and practical steps we can all take to heal our very own Mother Earth……..this is the first Crystal Ceremony of 12 (12 Parishes, 12 or more crystals, 12 Full Moon’s), taking place in Jersey, this first one being held on the Full Moon 13th June, 7pm.
I will be bringing my children, anyone’s children more than welcome. If you are interested in joining me on this journey to assist in healing the island, healing Mother Earth, deleting radiation from the waters around and within the island, then please join us. Finer details of exact meeting place will be posted on this event page once I have explored the area of Egypt/Trinity.
Each month on the Full Moon I will allow intuition to guide me to the next parish/venue/water source. Any ideas more than welcome. We have an amazing community here in Jersey so if you wish to ‘feel as one’ then please join this event.
You will need to do the following:
1. Cleanse your own crystal by placing outdoors throughout the nights leading up to the full moon (take indoors during the day to keep out of the sun), or any other cleansing technique you may already use (do not cleanse in salt water), purchase a small tumble stone if you do not have one you wish to give to the water (it does not have to be a big crystal). Bring the crystal with you if you are coming.
Quartz is the most powerful healing and energy amplifier on the planet because of its unique helical spiral crystalline form. At a spiritual level, this crystal raises energy to the highest possible level, clear quartz works on all levels of being. You do not have to use clear quartz specifically, although this is the most powerful, there are many other types of quartz so listen to your own intuition and chose accordingly.
2. I will have a sage stick for the ceremony, if you wish to bring your own or tobacco then feel free (tobacco is a sacred part of the ceremony, blowing the element of fire on the crystal you have said your prayer into)….again be guided by your intuition.
3.Watch this space for specific meet place/time.
4. Come with an open loving heart :o)

I have been waiting to do this for 3 years, holding onto the 12 clear quartz crystals I bought back from Australia, the time is right for us to give each crystal back to Mother Earth surrounding the island from the points of each parish, helping to raise the islands frequency from Ego Consciousness to Love Consciousness, helping to delete and heal the planet from all the radiation in our waters, earth and atmosphere. Little Grandmother Kiesha has shown us a practical way forward……if you attended the Sunday workshop or have heard her message, we can no longer live in ignorance and do nothing.

Ancient Wisdom for Jersey by Little Grandmother
Jersey was blessed to have Little Grandmother, aka Keisha Crowther over this past weekend to teach and deliver an important message to us all.
Her message was clear – for us to be living in the power, beauty and sustenance that is Love and Heart consciousness, instead of the EGO consciousness that generates so much fear and suppression in ourselves.
THE POWER OF THE HEART
The energy of the heart is incredibly powerful – and the highest and most healing emotional state is gratitude (even more beneficial than LOVE). And we can CHOOSE to live in that state by just putting our focus there. Letting go of ego consciousness and moving into the heart also means letting go of the need for status, the fear of judgment, the need for more and more money, fame or approval from others and all the negative states that attach themselves to this way of living so we can instead be living and expressing our passions in a way that SUPPORTS all of life by loving each other and working together to stay awake, aware and active in our pursuits to care for each other, and care for and heal the Earth. When we bring our hearts together we are even more magical and powerful … we are not meant to stand alone.
WE HAVE NO MORE TIME
The message was so beautiful and simple, we ARE caretakers of Mother Earth, we all have a responsibility to act NOW to make the right choices to change ourselves and to save our beautiful planet because she’s being destroyed beyond repair and tipping over the edge rapidly. We aren’t going to hear about this in our news … but the scientists are telling us that there’s absolutely no time left. The poles have begun to shift and soon things will change dramatically for us all.
THE MAGIC OF CRYSTALS AND WATER
She stressed to us how we can also help our Mother Earth using the power of crystals to heal the radiation around us … pretty much everything is already contaminated with it now thanks to Fukushima and its continual daily release of radiation into the earth and sea …. we can put our intentions and prayers into crystals and release them back to the earth and the waters of our planet. Apparently quartz is the best for this. Even add them to your water jugs and fridges to cleanse your food of radiation (this has been proven to work!). It was really good to be reminded of the power of words and prayer upon crystals and water (and OURSELVES as we are mostly water!!) as already researched and proven by Dr Masaru Emoto and the famous ‘Hidden Messages in Water’. Every thought, wish, word we express, are literally creating imprints, moment by moment upon our emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing and those around us. It is insane to choose to live from a lower vibration of being now that we know this.
CREATE YOUR PERSONAL PRAYER
My personal prayer for Jersey is that we slow down and listen to ourselves, to nature, the animals and the trees, and hear what is being said. That we look to support each other and care for each other and learn to express ourselves and our own needs and true passions. Is it really so important to keep on having to acquire more and more, each day working harder and harder mindlessly without respite or time to just BE? Will this all matter in the final analysis of what our lives have meant to be living here on Earth today when we leave our bodies as we all inevitably will do? Listen to your heart closely, what would your heart say right now if you quietened your mind and let your heart speak and act for you? Who would you Be if you let go of the importance of serving yourSELF?

Soul Movement – MIRRORS
“Everything you experience in life mirrors a part of you”
We are surrounded by mirrors in our lives and our Soul Movement practice of exhilarating movement combined with presence, meditation and mindfulness can clearly show you what you are resisting against in yourself. Once we can ‘see’ these parts of ourselves that we reject, we can better embrace acceptance of ourselves and with that let our energies flow and move into love consciousness and living from our hearts. The key to transformation in our lives and our experiences is acceptance … this brings the changes we perhaps have longed for to organically happen without us needing to push.
THE JOURNEY: Soul Movement uses an inner/outer journey of moving meditation which develops a direct body-mind-spirit connection, letting your body and inner guide be your teachers and healers. In our own dance, we learn to cultivate presence with our own energy, and upon discovering our own dance within, we use the movement that comes and the energetic experience to release stuck patterns in our body, emotions, mind and spirit. When we learn to really trust our body and the wisdom that moves through the LIFE in our bodies – not just in this class but in all aspects of our life – we see that all of life is an improvised creative dance and we become empowered to live from a place of truth and soul integrity, where spontaneity resides.
RELEASING BLOCKS: When we feel stuck, depressed, held back, and frustrated when our energy is not flowing freely, SOUL MOVEMENT unlocks these restrictions and opens us up to the possibilities of discovering and allowing our true creative, joyful nature to emerge.
JUST FOR YOU: No dance experience or partner is necessary. It’s a perfect outlet for those who think they “can’t dance” and for experienced dancers alike. It is free-form, not a structured dance. It is also not a social dance. It is an environment without observers or conversation, where you can feel safe to try new things and push your comfort zone. It is also an open dance floor for you to explore different rhythms, patterns of movement and your inner spiritual journey.
MOVEMENT is KEY TO HAPPINESS: There is much evidence to suggest that creative movement and dance is a key ingredient in a happy, healthy and fulfilled life. These classes are extremely encouraging, non-judgmental, well facilitated and the soft and subdued environment supports each individual. All walks of life are welcomed, and whilst there is no religious aspect connected to the dance, they do support our spiritual journey in life, whatever inclination or beliefs that we may each sway to.

Let Your Wild Woman Rise
Today is Beltaine! Day of fertility, new life, adorning the feminine, attracting new lovers and renewing our current loves, celebrations of warm long days. I spent much of the day reflecting. It didn’t occur to me earlier, whilst reflecting that it was actually Beltaine but my thoughts were very much with fertility today.
Why?
Perhaps because I see many women with fertility issues.
Why do they have fertility issues?
In truth, almost 100% of the women I see are in some way blocking their feminine expression in exchange of being high fliers in their workplace. Women in Jersey, are being carried along by the need to succeed, the need to achieve, the need to be active and to make their mark in the world with their careers. All women I see with fertility issues are big list writers, they like to be in control, they like to have things organised, compartmentalised, so that they can keep doing more more more, to keep their lives as they are, with their flats, houses, mortgages to pay ….
Hang on – didn’t women used to be frivolous, creative, wild, connected to nature, the moon, mothers of new life?
YES!!! We’ve lost our essence and we’re suffering physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually! And so is our island. We’re dishonouring the sacred temples of our bodies in exchange for more ticks on our lists. Our bodies are stagnant and craving to be shaken up, stirred, pushed to our edges and filled up with life. We’ve become half woman, half men … and we wonder why our passion is low, why we don’t feel excited … why we secretly crave to live the adorning life of Cleopatra for a day. We long to be frivolous, we’ve forgotten how to play, how to let ourselves go and be carried away by our creative natures.
Divine feminine energy represents these aspects within the universe:
Restoration, life, renewal, creation, birth, healing, receptivity, openness, motherhood, nurturing, love, understanding, compassion, insight, intuition, wisdom, forgiveness, the moon, connection, harmony and sensuality. To allow the divine feminine within ourselves to surface, we need to search for these aspects within ourselves. You will find that you are more in touch with some aspects of your divine feminine nature and less in touch with others. For example, you may be fully in touch with your own sensuality but not in touch with motherhood. If this is the case, expressing the divine feminine within you, means connecting with and expressing the latent motherhood within you in your own unique way.
Reflect and Enquire. What can I do to embrace my feminine?
Find ways to cultivate the above qualities. Ask yourself “what makes me feel alive?”
Ask yourself “what would make my body a more fertile place for new life?”
Ask yourself “How can I be more sensual?”
Ask yourself “am I ashamed or afraid of shining in my feminine essence?” “Am I afraid I’ll be judged?”
Why would I be afraid of being judged?
Maybe because modern day Jersey society generally places your value and worth on how much you are achieving – not on WHO you are.
Ohhhhh!
Indeed.
Ladies, pamper yourselves, get in touch with yourselves, dance, make yourselves feel feminine, get together with other ladies, commit to healing the feminine in you and give yourself all the compassion to yourself that you can when you finally feel the pain of the separation from your sacred feminine.
And then RISE and celebrate your new birth!
